With nearly 40 years of experience across a wide range of organisations — from dynamic SMEs to FTSE 100 companies — Paul brings deep financial expertise and a commercial mindset to every role.

A former auditor, his specialities span financial reporting (month-end and year-end), budgeting, forecasting, systems implementation, and strategic business support. He takes pride in bridging financial insight with operational decision-making to drive growth and efficiency.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, walking their Fox Red Labrador, watching football, keeping fit and listening to music — all of which, he says, keep him grounded and energised.
