Lisa’s passion lies in helping SME business owners achieve their goals—often centred around growing their businesses and creating a thriving, engaging workplace for their teams.

She believes there are three essential ingredients to achieving these ambitions: strong leadership, robust planning, and an engaged workforce all aligned towards a common purpose.

To support these key areas, Lisa established three businesses:

• Progress Marketing Ltd, which works with leadership teams to develop ambitious yet achievable growth strategies.
• Yorkshire Leadership Group, a collaborative network where business leaders come together to share ideas, challenges, and support.
• Culco Ltd, which she co-founded, focuses on workplace culture—helping businesses build productive, positive environments for employees, owners, and supply chains alike.

Over the past 22 years, Lisa has worked with clients across sectors such as manufacturing, engineering, professional services, and various service industries.

Her approach is pragmatic and focused on real-world, actionable solutions. I aim to bring energy and enjoyment to every engagement—because when business owners are inspired, great things happen.
