Tracy Morgan

Tracy began her career in the Conference and Events industry over 30 years ago, working as an Event Manager in Hong Kong, Australia, and later Wakefield. After taking a break to raise her family, she transitioned into the charity sector 8 years ago and now serves as Director of Operations at Wear and Share Leeds. In this role, she helps drive initiatives that make it easier for people to pass on good-quality clothing, supporting families to save money while reducing textile waste. Key campaigns include the Leeds School Uniform Exchange and the Leeds Winter Coat Appeal.
Alongside her professional work, Tracy founded the Normanton School Uniform Exchange six years ago. This volunteer-led initiative provides free, pre-loved school uniforms to families across the Wakefield area, promoting reuse and easing financial pressures. Her dedication to community service has earned widespread recognition, including being named a Coronation Champion by Their Majesties King Charles III and Queen Camilla in 2023.
Tracy also serves as a Town Councillor for Normanton Town Council, a role she has held for five years, and recently completed her term as Mayor of Normanton. In 2026, she joins us for the first time as a judge.
