We Are Wakefield members and first timers will enjoy breakfast in Tileyard North’s Carding Shed venue. We will hear about the ongoing plans for Tileyard North. Our Key Speakers Nathan Stephenson and Helen Buckley from Leeds Bradford Airport will then talk about LBA:ReGen, what it is, how it works, and future plans.
Your mission throughout the morning will be to form new connections through great conversations! Make 2025 your year for WAW COLLABORATION!
Event Disclaimer: Accessibility & Noise Levels
Our aim is to consider the needs of all our members and visitors to create an inclusive, welcoming environment at every event.
As we host events in different venues, noise levels and surroundings may vary. While we are mindful of this, networking and group gatherings can sometimes be loud, which we appreciate may be challenging for some individuals, including those who are hearing impaired, neurodiverse, or sensitive to sound.
If you require accommodations please speak to a member of the WAW team. A quieter space will be allocated in the Vinyl Cafe.
Thank you for your understanding and for helping us make our events accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
Both event spaces are wheelchair accessible.
Arriving by car
The nearest car parking is at the Waterfront Car Park on Barnsley Road or The Hepworth Wakefield car park, and we have bicycle racks onsite for those who prefer to cycle.
By Bus & Train
The Wakefield Free City bus loops by the south entrance to the courtyard and it’s just a few minutes walk from Wakefield Kirkgate station, and a short drive from Wakefield Westgate if you’re arriving via train. Parking is not permitted onsite, double yellow lines are enforced on Tootal Street. The nearest Blue Badge parking can be found at The Hepworth Wakefield on Gallery Walk.
